The final Vericut intro Video, this video shows how to get rid of errors caused by G54 fixture offsets. It is not necessary but nice to run a simulation without any errors
And you still have engineers using incremental at my job , i try telling them see the mistakes stop us it lol dummys still usng it
Hello! I am from Bangladesh. I completed my HSC in 2022 with a GPA of 5.00 in general education. I now want to become a CNC programmer and machinist, but I do not know where to start. There is a technical training center called BKTTC (Bangladesh Korean Technical Training Center) that offers a 3-month machine shop and CNC machine operator course, as well as mechanical AutoCAD 2D and 3D. I have decided to dedicate myself to learning these skills. Could you tell me about the future of this career path? Is it a stable job? Are there any chances of losing my job? Are there any better alternative careers that I could consider with great potential for growth and earnings? Will learning CNC help me achieve my goals, or will it be a waste of time? I would like a clear and conceptual solution to my situation. After completing these courses, I want to go abroad to work as a CNC machinist because there is no opportunity for growth or a happy life in Bangladesh. Please give me the best solution for my career. I am looking for your support. Thank you!
This is a shot in the dark but i'm trying anwyay I setup my vericut project, but when i run the graphs won't show me any data. Any clue why?

Which software is used to learn and practice about G-CODE??
Great video... i have questiin about gcode in mach3 sorry this not topic here.. am sure you know more about it) your help needs please..i have wrote down gcode by myself on notepad txt format am using x axis as clamping system linear movment in mini injection machine ...i put some codes on it and downloaded in mach3 some x axis movments and i want to use some codes as loop can repeated hole cycle till i turn off reseted button...some guys use m97, m47 but in my case no luck)) any help please??? for example in my case...g90 g1 x50 f 350 G4 P10 X0 x-10 X0 x-11 X0 (these above cycle needs to repeated... any codes as loop???)) Hope some can also help this if knows .. i really appreciated
Why does N030 have a larger hole?
HI great. Can I use vericut like CIMCO software? I want to code in it in real-time for educational purposes?
Thanks too much.
I haven't studied this job but I watch directions program work by steps no perfection. He should make program to drill center hole first then make 4 holes later. Because center hole is bigger more than other 4 holes. When drill center hole we have balance of part's surface that can make the hole correct dimension otherwise center hole big that means must big drill zise. Making program has to be smart for person set up on the parts is easy to do .because program as a map guide driver to drive car in the roads. Program also save money of using tools for the kind of product only for owner too.
I appreciate this guy is smart because his way to explain and show up to us is easy to understand what we like knowing more CNC job.
very well explain JAZAKILLAH

X-2.5,Y-2.5 how it would be?? I didn't understand, will you pls explain.
Does the program need to know what plane will be used ?In this example,xy plane will be used.Btw,what G code # specifies xy plane?
How does this program look like if G91 will be used instead G90 starting from N005-N050?
Excellent and brilliant explanation,,,,thank you very much for sharing this information, ,,,ser
Thanks bro
thanks a lot ...
Thank you kindly
0.5+1.5+(.5) = 2.5 ???? lets assume the bottom is .5 (right side) 1.75 * 2 = 3.5 ???? (left side) can u please explain this to me? T.T
Tapper turning ka program kaise banaae sir
which software it is
Thanks for video
ok so basically this could be summed up with: G90 is base off G54 (etc) off set and G91 is based off position where you are at.
very easy to understand, thanks for your help Bro
Thanks! This tuto helps a lot.
Regards! Excuse me for interfering, I would like to inquire, Can you help me, Can you offer me some software for home schooling that allows you to learn how to program and draw Cnc, They would like to offer me a note, a handout for learning, to learn how to use the programs, I look forward to your reply, Thank you for your help, I respect you, Zoltán Tóth.
excellent video
G91 works great for threadmilling as a sub. Use G90 for positioning to the hole, then go into a G91 sub to buzz the hole out. You could use G92, but that's a good way to crash the machine, shifting the work offset around. A good thing to keep in mind is, if you are sending spindle home or to a particular location using G53, G90 should always be added on the same line to be safe. If it modally happened to be in G91, chances are good the machine wont go where you wanted it to go. The same is true for G10L2 (or L20 for additional offsets) work offset setting. If G90 isnt specified on that line, and it was modally in G91, the offsets will be incrementally set! On your canned cycle line, I didnt see a specified G98 or G99 with the G81. BTW, I've been using G82 lately, because you can add a slight dwell to ensure your drill will go to the depth you want it to, and not rapid out when its "close" to depth. We've had that issue on the fanuc 15m. I like using G91 if I'm not using a finish bore canned cycle. If I'm just going in using G1 with a finish bore, I'll m19 the spindle, then G91 X slight move to move the finish bore away from the bore so it dont rub on retract. I have gotten bit on this in a counterbore! After cutting to counterbore depth, if M19, then incrementally moving away, it can pull the insert out of its pocket from rubbing on the counterbore! So back cut a bit before stopping the spindle to avoid insert rub when moving the tool away from bore.
Thanks and I am greatful.
1.25* is better
THANKS
